1 – Is it better to book by phone call, walk into the office or online?
All orders and booking procedures are welcome. You can book via phone, if you can visit our office then it as well great and you can as well send in an email to our office and book online. 2- Can we extend our rental   by a day or more?
Yes you can add any number of extra days before, during and after your trip as long as you communicate to the rental agency in 24hrs in advance.


3- What if I have a problem with the car?
We have emergency road assistance 24hours a day with our team, that will make quick arrangements to meet you at your point of being stuck or help you get off the road as soon as we can.


4- Can you arrange other trips, like wildlife safaris or excursion and flights to Uganda?
Yes. We can organize wildlife trips for all clients, we do book and arrange gorilla and chimp trekking permits at no extra cost. For those that need any help in organizing a safari itinerary, our professional team is available to organize for you a fun packed. Kindly avail us with your travel plans and we available to organize for you a successful trip right from flights to  on ground safari.


5- What forms of payment are acceptable?
We do accept payments via bank transfer, cash payments and credit card payment. Once you have finalized with your booking, you can proceed to make payment with any of the above means and you  are assured of a receipt for any amount of money  paid


6- Do I need to pay a deposit?
As company police we recommend a 30% deposit on all confirmed trips but in most cases we do not ask for deposits in case your trip is less than 2 weeks to the start date. For all deposits made we require final payment upon arrival before taking the car keys.


7- What kind of insurance is offered alongside the car?
All rental  cars come with comprehensive insurance ,therefore for any car damages less than $200, are taken care of by the client and any  damages above $200, can be handled by the company but there  is an excess charge depending on the car type that has been hired. Contact the reservations team to know more about insurance and excess charge
